Here at Tortoise+Black we are proud to offer a vast array of frame choices across our prescription glasses and sunglasses collections, but we understand that deciding on your favourite can be difficult. Especially before you commit to prescription lenses. That’s why we created our Home Trial Service.
Our Home Trial Service is simple, we allow you to try on up to three frames at a time in the comfort of your own home, in your own time. All we ask is that you return them within seven days.
Being able to try the frames on at home over several days allows you to take your time, try them on with several different outfits or hair styles, but most of all it removes any pressure you may feel on a high street.
So how does it work?
Simply choose up to three frames from the Tortoise+Black collection – if you can’t narrow it down, or need some help, we’re here to help. Once you’ve made your selection, get in touch with us via the phone on 01780 433 033 (we ask that you have your prescription to hand, or have it saved on your account). We’ll take a £7.95 payment, this is simply to cover delivery and returns back to us of your frames. Once that’s done, your selection will be sent out to you using our express delivery service, you’ve then got 7 days to review your selection. This should give you time to try them on with different hair styles, outfit choices, show them to friends and family for their feedback, and why not tag us in a photo on Instagram whilst you’re trying them on!
