We’re proud to bring you the latest collection from Marc Jacobs for this season. The collection is split into three areas – Sporty, Metal 2.0 and what they are calling Glossy Glossy.
Let’s start with Sporty. A new sporty vibe characterizes these fresh styles. Presented in rubber in high relief, the logo gives the collection a spirited new look and ’90s retro feel this season.
Available in two styles – a unisex/ mens flat-top shield design and a low profile cat-eye style for women. Both designs use two colour injection modeled rubber temples. The use of contrasting colours, sporty lines and a new Marc Jacobs logo these frames offer a fantastic take on the retro sports style.
The Metal 2.0 family has something for everybody. The female specific collection is inspired by 90’s all metal low cat-eye frames, with bright coloured lens tints and colour-coordinated acetate temple tips. These are also available in a tamer design for the everyday optical frames collection. Soft tortoise shell designs and elegant black styles can be found here.
So is the Glossy Glossy collection as fun and stylish as it sounds? It sure is! Defined by an ultra-rounded silhouette made from high gloss optyl material providing a super sleek finish. Inspired by 90’s low cat-eye the design works perfectly as both a sunglass and an optical frame.
